Banana Pudding Cake 02 1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix 1 (4 serving size) box instant banana pudding mix 4 eggs 1 cup water 1/4 cup vegetable oil 3/4 cup mashed bananas 2 cups powdered sugar 2 tablespoons milk 1/4 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, optional Preheat oven to 350. In bowl, combine cake mix and pudding mix. Make a well in center. Add eggs, water, oil and banana. Beat with mixer on low until blended. Beat on medium for 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Invert onto wire rack. Cool completely. In another bowl, combine powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Whisk until smooth and of drizzling consistency. When cake is cooled, drizzle icing over cake with zigzag motion. Sprinkle nuts over wet icing, if desired.
