Apple Cake 2 sticks margarine 2 cups sugar 3 eggs 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg 2 teaspoons vanilla 3 cups chopped apples 2 cups walnuts, floured Preheat oven to 325. In bowl, combine margarine and sugar. Beat with mixer until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add dry ingredients. Stir in vanilla. Fold in apples and nuts. Pour into bundt pan. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Let stand for 15 minutes before removing from pan. Sprinkle a dish with powdered sugar before turning cake onto dish. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
