Almond Joy Cake 03 1 (18.25 ounce) box chocolate cake mix with pudding 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk, divided 1 cup sugar 24 large marshmallows 1 (14 ounce) package coconut 1/2 stick butter 2 cups chocolate chips 1 cup almond slices, toasted Prepare and bake chocolate cake as directed on package. In saucepan, combine 1 cup evaporated milk and 1 cup sugar. Bring to a boil. Stir in marshmallows until melted. Add coconut. Pour over cake while both are hot. In another saucepan, combine remaining milk, butter and chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Add 1 cup toasted nuts. Pour on top of warm cake. Better if made the day before.
