7-Up Cake 02 1 (18.25 ounce) box pineapple cake mix 1 (4 serving size) box instant pineapple cream or vanilla pudding mix 3/4 cup vegetable oil 6 eggs, divided 10 ounces 7-Up 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1 stick margarine 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple 1 can coconut Preheat oven to 350. In bowl, combine first 5 ingredients, beat well. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake as directed on package. In saucepan, combine sugar, flour, margarine, eggs and pineapple. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat. Beat well. Add coconut, beat until thick. Spread on cake.
