7-Up Cake 01 1 (18.25 ounce) box lemon cake mix 1 ( 4 serving size) box instant pineapple or lemon pudding mix 6 eggs, divided 2/3 cup vegetable oil 10 ounces 7-Up 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple 1 stick margarine 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1 can flaked coconut Preheat oven to 350. In bowl, combine cake mix and pudding mix. Add oil and 4 eggs. Beat with mixer for 2 minutes. Add 7-Up, mix until well blended. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. In saucepan, combine margarine, sugar, pineapple, flour and 2 eggs. Cook until thick. Add coconut, blend well. Spread over cake while both are still warm.
