Beef Stuffed With Cream Cheese 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish 1/2 pound thin sliced roast beef In bowl, combine cream cheese, garlic, lemon juice, seasoned salt and horseradish, mix well. Spread mixture over each slice of roast beef. Roll up. Place seam side down onto platter. Chill for several hours. When ready to serve, slice into 1/2 inch pieces
